The initial consultation is offered free of charge for full service events and is followed by a detailed proposal in writing. We only accept a limited number of events per weekend and often schedule initial consultations as early as one year in advance. We will pencil you in on our calendar from the date of our initial consultation, but require a 50% deposit once the proposal has been approved to secure the date. You have the option to secure our services with a save the date contract and deposit of $500 prior to our first meeting.
We have a $5500 full service minimum requirement for parties over 100 guests in Charlottesville, Va. and the surrounding areas. We will travel for destination weddings, but would require our services to be booked in advance for the entire day at a specified minimum (please contact us for details).
*Events with less than 100 guests will be considered for less than our minimum. We will also consider contracts for personal flowers only (bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages) below our specified minimums.
